This package is useful when employer has already short listed candidates in first
round of interview. It will assist to finalise the selection process by identifying
the right candidate from the lot.
The package consists of:
- Suitable psychometric test (customised approach).
- Interview of candidate by the panel consisting of HR
Expert & Subject Expert related to the post.
- Reference check / document check.
The report will provide the rating scale along with total
score obtained by the candidate, required score for the post and a brief about suitable
deal at which offer can be made. Also weak areas of the candidate will be known
and development of the same through training may be considered.
