She is one of the founder member of Kaizene HRSolutions
She believes in channelizing the talent and rich expertise of HR/OB personnel towards
the requirement of various organisations and thereby ensuring satisfaction at both

She has done her Masters in Commerce with specialization in Management as well as
Accounts. Her passion towards HR led her to complete Post Graduate Diploma in Human
Resource Management from Welingkars Institute of Management & Research and also
completed her M.B.A. (HR). She
has to her credit a degree of
Ph. D. for the thesis “Study of Corporate Training & Development
Programmes”. She has completed Diploma in Training
& Development Programmes conducted by Indian Society of Training & Development.
She is also a certified psychometrician.

and ‘Edifying Effective Training and Development’ as a reference book for the management
students and business community.

corporate surveys, organisation structure and psychometric
