Dr. Avinash Deolekar |
He has been awarded Ph. D. by University of Mumbai in Competency Management.
He is Alumni of IIM, Ahmedabad. He has written number of articles and has also authored
a book titled ‘The Strategic Competency Management – Indian Perspective’.
His academic qualifications are B.A., L.L.B., MLS and Post Graduate Diploma Course
in Training & Development conducted by the Indian Society for Training &
Development.

He has hands on experience of more than 28 years in entire gambit of HR Initiatives
and intervention like Performance Management & Development, setting up of new
ventures, restructuring of existing business, designing HR strategies and plans,
new HR concepts/tools such as human value index, intellectual capitalization, employee
relations etc. He worked with Greaves Cotton, NOCIL, IOCL, HLL, PepsiCo etc.
